How to buy presale tickets

A Live Nation presale is when we make tickets available to registered members before they go on general sale to everyone. Presales are available online only. 

To gain access to the presale, you need to  register and then log on at the time of the presale. The option to buy tickets will then become available to you.

Presale tickets are the same as those available in the general sale, they are just available earlier. We sometimes restrict the number of presale tickets to make sure enough tickets are available for the general sale period.

Your registration will only work on LiveNation.co.uk and you will need to register separately with our ticketing partner (Ticketmaster UK) to complete your booking. You can create a Ticketmaster Account  Here

Problems logging on

Please check you have clicked on the link in the email sent to you after you registered so your account becomes.

If you have not received your activation email, please use the 'Resend Activation Link' available  here to have it resent to you.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password link available  here. Your password will then be sent to your registered email address.

If you still experience problems please use the 'Contact us' function above. Please advise the issue you are experiencing, whether you are using a PC or a MAC, and the internet browser and version you are using.

Please note. Some customers may be receiving emails from Live Nation as a past booker of tickets but are unable to log in to the website. Only customers who have completed the registration process will be able to log in. The fact that you are receiving emails does not mean that you have registered.

Receiving your tickets

Standard tickets

You may receive your tickets up to seven days before the event. If your tickets have not arrived seven days before the event, please contact your ticket seller.

International delivery will take longer. If you do not receive your tickets 10 days before you leave for the UK, please use the 'Contact us' function above. Please provide your order reference number and the name of the person who bought the tickets.

Check your booking by phone: By calling 0333 321 9999 from the UK or 0044 161 425 7563 from outside of the UK you can access Ticketmaster's automated service line, to check and confirm the status of your booking and get the latest  information on when your tickets will be sent out.

VIP Nation package FAQs

Q. Will the artist/band be at the pre/post show party?

A. Unless stated on the package information the artist will not be present at the pre- or post- show party.

Q. Will we have a private table for our guests?

A. If your party is of 10, 11, 12 then you will be allocated a private table, if not you will be on a shared table.

Q. Where included, what will the merchandise item/gift pack be?

A. Every tour is different so the merchandise item/gift pack will differ per tour.

Q. Can I choose my merchandise item?

A. Unfortunately not, it is always approved by artist management however!

Q. I did not collect my merchandise/souvenir item at the venue; can it be sent to me post-show?

A. Unfortunately not, these items can only be collected at the venue on the day of the show.

Q. Can I come to a VIP Nation hospitality event without a ticket?

A. Unfortunately not. You need a ticket to gain access into the venue.

Q. What happens if I have a problem on the day of the show?

A. On the day of an event please call the event helpline number stated on your pre-event information email. During an event please speak to our event staff and they will endeavour to assist.

Q. When is the post show party?

A. The post show party starts as soon as the concert finishes and runs for an hour unless otherwise stated.

Q. What is the dress code?

A. There is no strict dress code but what we would say is for winter or outdoor events…wrap up warm! And if the weather looks inclement please bring waterproofs just in case of rain.

Q. For outside events/shows can I bring an umbrella?

A. Unfortunately not. The event stewards will ask you to take down your umbrella as it will obstruct the view of people behind you.

Q. Are there a minimum/maximum number of people that can attend an event? A. The minimum number is one and the maximum number will be stated on the Ticketmaster package link, under Ticket limits. If you have a larger party please email us on vipnation@livenation.co.uk.

Q. A member of our party has special dietary requirements, how do I let you know? A. You can inform us of dietary requirements up to a week prior to the show by emailing vipnation@livenation.co.uk. There may be an additional charge if meals have to be sourced from other caterers’ i.e. kosher meals.

VIP tickets & backstage passes

If a show has VIP tickets available, these will be listed on the search results page.  Alternatively, please go to  www.vipnation.co.uk for details of all VIP Nation packages.

Backstage passes are not issued for any Live Nation promoted shows. For some shows, meet and greet tickets will be available to purchase when making your booking and these will be clearly advertised if available. If not, it will not be possible to purchase back stage passes or meet the artists. Any requests should be directed to the artist's management via their website. N.B. Live Nation are unable to supply contact details due to confidentiality agreements in place.

Ticket order confirmation

If you have a confirmation/order number but have not yet received a confirmation email there is no need to worry. The fact that you have an order number usually signifies the booking has been successful. Please check the email address given is spelt correctly as this can lead to failure in receiving your confirmation email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order confirmation to arrive. If after this time you have still not received anything, please contact your ticket seller:

For all purchases with the booking reference number format 12-34567/UK1, your order is with Ticketmaster UK. 

Check your booking online- Please log into your My Ticketmaster account. You can view your bookings, update your subscriptions and edit your billing information for future bookings.

Check your booking by phone- By calling 0333 321 9999 you can access our automated service line to check and confirm the status of your booking.

VIP Nation 

Please email us at  vipnation@livenation.co.uk and we will resend your order confirmation.

Refunds and exchanges

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets through your ticket seller.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unsubscribing

Please use the unsubscribe function at the bottom of every email sent by us:

Registered customers  - Our weekly newsletter is sent to customers who have registered on LiveNation.co.uk. Please click on the link to log on and update your preferences.

Past Booker emails  - Many customers receive our emails as a result of booking tickets for a Live Nation event or at a Live Nation venue in the past and choosing to receive such.  The link at the bottom of these emails takes you to a page where you click to unsubscribe.

If you experience any problems with this function, please send the email you received to info@livenation.co.uk and request to be unsubscribed - We will unsubscribe you manually and investigate the issues that prevented you from doing so yourself to ensure this remains an isolated incident.

VIP Nation package confirmation

Your package is confirmed as soon as payment has cleared. As soon as payment has cleared our terms and conditions apply, and you will receive a confirmation email from Ticketmaster. 

If you have not received your booking confirmation, please call Ticketmaster on 0333 321 9999.

Disabled access customers: VIP Nation/Meet & Greet packages

Accessibility: We endeavour to make our packages accessible to all, where possible - please purchase the Meet & Greet package you want from vipnation.eu

You will also need to contact the venue box office directly to arrange purchasing any necessary accessible seating, we cannot arrange this for you unfortunately.

Please then contact vipnation@livenation.co.uk to discuss carer pass(es) and any appropriate partial refund(s).

VIP Nation dispatch: Receiving your tickets/package

Please see below for ticket dispatch:

For UK: tickets will be dispatched to you by Ticketmaster (either standard or secure post, depending on what you purchased) 

For international/box office collection: tickets must be collected at the venue on the day of the show

For upgrades (without ticket): we do not send physical upgrade tickets, but your name will be on our event list at the venue for the purchased number of upgrades.

For all VIP Nation purchases, we will email you all relevant arrival instructions and details on merchandise collection within one week of the show; please contact us on vipnation@livenation.co.uk if you do not receive it by this time.
